It's the most patriotic time of the year! Though this years 4th of July and Labor Day Celebrations may be a little different, they can still be just as festive!
Here's What You'll Need:
(6) 6 ½” x 9” Burlap –fabric
(3) 6 ½” x 9” Embroidery Batting
(1) 6 ½” x 5 ½” Fabric rounded piece
(1) 3 ½” x 8” Fabric long panel
(1) 2’x 6” Fabric center panel
(2) 1 ½” x 4 ½” Fabric two side panels
(2) 5”x 5” Fabric two largest stars
(1) 4” x 4” Fabric one small star
RNK Stitch Perfection tape
19” Ric rac Poka dot ¼” ribbon –bows and accent on rounded curve piece
Embellish accents -buttons Twine to join

Instructions Patriotic Pennant:
Place(1) piece Embroidery batting between
(2) burlap pieces doing this to all (3) sets –should have (3) pennants pieces.
Stitch around the outside edge of all (3).
Place Stitch Perfection tape to back of fabric pieces and place onto pennant pieces.
Sew on all fabric cut out pieces.
Add Embellishments to (3) pennants
Make Bows, tac on, tac twine across the back.
